Child Representation
In some cases, the children’s interests are not always well served by the parents’ point of view. In high conflict custody and parenting time cases, the court sometimes appoints an attorney to represent children so that their voices can be heard too. Our firm routinely represents children in these cases. The list of attorneys qualified to do this delicate job is not extensive and it is a real privilege to represent children. We take that honor seriously.
