Bob
began his legal career with the U.S.
Navy Judge Advocate General’s
Corps where he gained extensive experience
representing Sailors and Marines before
various administrative hearings and
courts martial as well as the U.S. Navy
in Federal Court. While on active duty
he served as a defense counsel, Director
of the Navy’s Tort Claims Division
for the Western U.S., the Legal Counsel
to the Commanding Officer of Naval Station
Pearl Harbor, Deputy Counsel to Commander
Navy Region Northwest and as a Special
Assistant U.S. Attorney. After leaving
active duty Bob settled in Oregon where
he continued in public service as a
Deputy District Attorney before joining
the firm in 2001.

business litigation, insurance defense,
personal injury
