A life long resident of the Pacific Northwest LeAnn joins the firm by way of Seattle and Vancouver. She brings to Schulte Anderson twenty-five years of experience in civil litigation and employment law. Before joining Schulte Anderson, LeAnn honed her skills at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, as an Assistant City Attorney for Vancouver, Washington and in private practice in both Washington and Oregon.
LeAnn has tried numerous complex cases to verdict ranging from price fixing in the petroleum industry to anti-trust litigation and employment law cases, including the landmark Torres v. State of Washington. Complementing her extensive accomplishments in the courtroom, LeAnn has also successfully handled hundreds of matters before Federal and State administrative hearing bodies.
While one measure of an attorney is her prowess in the courtroom, the full measure is how well she handles all aspects of litigation, not just the part that gets to the jury. LeAnn works closely with her clients throughout the pendency of the case and to develop the winning strategy. In some matters getting before a jury is not the best solution, LeAnn knows that and has over the years honed her talents to become one of the area’s leaders in alternate dispute resolution.
