Simon J. Harding

Simon’s practice focuses on personal injury defense, automotive liability and general liability defense. He leads the Personal Injury Defense section of the firm. He has defended individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations throughout Oregon and Washington. Although he is the firm’s youngest partner, with several hundred jury trials and arbitrations under his belt, Simon is easily the firm’s most prodigious litigator. Respected by both the Defense and Plaintiff’s Bars, Simon is frequently asked to serve as an arbitrator on cases in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties, as well as outside the metro area.
Originally hailing from Estacada, Oregon, a small logging town in the foothills of the Cascades, Simon has been living in Portland, Oregon since he graduated from law school and joined the firm as an associate. When not practicing law, Simon focuses his attention on his children and a variety of outdoor pursuits.
